According to his LinkedIn profile, he graduated from Rowan University in New Jersey with degrees in radio, television, and film. He graduated from Lindenwald High School in Lindenwald, New Jersey.
In addition to working for the Clippers, he has also worked as an intern or writer for Philadelphia radio WHYY, NBC Sports Philadelphia, and the FanSided blog of the Phoenix Suns.
