New images and a video on TikTok excite fans of the new land of Disney California Adventure: Avengers Campus. This is a new land dedicated to discovering, recruiting and training the next generation of Superheroes, opening June 4, 2021 at Disneyland California.
Visitors can join the Avengers and their allies to become superheroes. This land, which will be completely immersive, combines new technology in all its attractions to make them extremely realistic.
What will visitors be able to do at Avengers Campus?
This new land will give visitors the opportunity to team up with the most famous Avengers superheroes. They will be able to throw webs with Spider-Man, train with the elite guards of Black Panther and Wakanda, sample creative food and drinks and become part of their universe.
The attractions are aimed at children of all ages.
When exploring the Avengers Campus, visitors can have encounters with Iron Man in his new armor, with Ant-Man and The Wasp and Doctor Strange, among others. Captain Marvel, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther and Thor, are others who will make their first appearances in the park.
Avengers HQ is in the heart of the earth, an iconic building where visitors can watch the Avengers spring into action ready to save the day. A shiny Quinjet perches atop its roof like a beacon for the campus.
Innovative snacks with unusual scale will be offered at Pym Test Kitchen such as Impossible Vegetable Meatballs, both large and miniature, and served with pasta with a tiny fork.
Interactive Spider-Bots can be found in the new land store, just like the ones seen on the Avengers Campus. These are powered by a remote control with eight articulated legs that move back and forth. Visitors can customize their Spider-Bot with tactical upgrades to harness the powers and style of some of their favorite superheroes. Guests can also connect with their friends’ Spider-Bots for epic showdowns.
Disneyland Resort theme parks reopened
The Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure parks will officially reopen to the public on April 30, 2021. But this will be done with limited capacity. Physical distancing and the use of masks will be promoted at all times. It also offers a new reservation system to make reservations and payments in advance.
