#BREAKING: Bend Police are in the area of Bend High on a report of a threat. They are asking people to avoid the area. A text sent to parents says all Bend-area high schools have been placed into Secure until further notice. Now from @BendCityPolice: “We received a report of a threat in the area of BendHigh and our officers are in the area. Bend-La Pine Schools has placed all area highschools into secure status until we can complete our investigation.”
Bend Police are in the area of Bend High on a report of a threat. We are in communication with the school district. Many officers are in the area and the public is asked to avoid the area while we investigate.
