Former NAVI captain Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov has been accused of drug use by his wife Rika “LiQueen” Mikhailova. He responded on social media that he was being blackmailed by “various photos/videos”.

The allegations were made by LiQueen on their Telegram channel, which posted a video showing Boombl4 sniffing a powdery white substance. LiQueen accused Boombl4 of being a “complete drug addict” and cheating on her “more than once”.
Both LiQueen and Boombl4 have confirmed they divorced after just five months of marriage. Boombl4 proposed to LiQueen on stage at the PGL Major Stockholm following NAVI’s victory over G2 Esports in the tournament finals. On April 21, LiQueen announced that she was seeking a divorce from Boombl4, only to reveal that they had reconciled a few days later.
Boombl4 was removed from the NAVI team on May 28 due to NAVI’s “high reputational risk.”
The couple’s marriage has drawn more and more attention in the CS:GO scene, especially since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. On social media, LiQueen posted several messages that appeared to show support for the war and cast doubt on the future of Boombl4 and the Ukrainian group NAVI.
On May 28, NAVI announced that Boombl4 had been removed from the team, citing “high reputational risk to the club”. It is unclear whether NAVI is involved in the charges against the player, who has been on the organization’s books since May 2019.
Boombl4 responds to allegations
In a video posted to Telegram, Boombl4 apologised to its followers “for everything posted on the internet”.
“I’m ashamed of all this, but unfortunately I have no control over it,” he said, adding that he might release more details on the matter.
In a subsequent Twitter post, the Russian player revealed that he was “blackmailed by various photos/videos and a lot of false information.” He also promised to file a defamation lawsuit “soon.”
Today my wife and I got divorced and blackmailed by various photos/videos and tons of false information. Soon I will file a defamation lawsuit. Thank you all for your support and understanding during my difficult times.
Dexerto announced on May 31 that NAVI is considering handing over the role of game leader to Denis “electroNic” Sharipov. The team will compete in the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Finals in Lisbon with Ukraine’s Viktor “sdy” Orudzhev as a substitute.
