Death: Clifford Barry Canadian Swimming Coach of the Year in 1982, 1984 & 1986 is dead

Incredibly sad news to learn of the passing of #Canadian aquatics legend Clifford Barry. He represented @waterpolocanada at the ’72 & ’76 #Olympics, one of @SwimmingCanada most accomplished swim coaches & inducted into the Canadian Swimming Hall of Fame. May he rest in peace.

The @waterpolocanada#waterpolo community has lost another of its icons. Clifford Barry, a double-Olympian, representing Canada at both the 1972 and 1976 Olympic Games has died, at the age of 75 after a brief illness.

Clifford Barry is not a competitive swimmer, but a water polo player in the 1972 and 1976 Olympics. Over the years, he has been a leader in the team and understands the importance of team discipline and quality training.
