The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man as Douglas David Rockacy, 47, of Wexford. According to reports, the accident happened around 00:44 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Wexford-Bain Road. He was pronounced dead at around 1:18 a.m. shortly thereafter. There is no further information on the cause of the crash. Police continue to investigate.
