A viral tweet from Fawn McKay indicated that she was fired from the nurse role due to her OnlyF account-but what happened? OnlyF has become an increasingly popular tool through which people can earn extra income as a sideline or, for those who perform well, can take on a full-time role.
A widely circulated tweet indicated that creator Fawn McKay had no choice but to turn his sideline into a full-time job.
However, this does not seem to be all.
A tweet posted by Fawn McKay on the Internet shared a screenshot allegedly of a text conversation between her and her mother. In the text message, she received a message containing an article from CNN that she was fired as a nurse for being the creator of OnlyF.
This photo was later reported as a story by some media, and it contained the text: “Fawn McKay, a 22-year-old registered nurse in Florida, made headlines after her OnlyF video with the patient went viral. Xiaolu once said that the patient was connected before the call The test result is negative, and…”
“No, he didn’t get the virus and stopped asking for the video. This is actually on my OnlyF, haha,” Xiaolu wrote in a subsequent tweet. She later shared the article and wrote on Twitter: “It’s not 2021 as I imagined.”
This does sound interesting, but this article is not true and does not exist on the Internet. If this is not enough to prove, the so-called article misspelled the word OnlyF and used the wrong tense-this is not the same as the style of CNN.
These tweets were shared on April 22 and April 23, and have received more than 5,000 likes as of the time of publication.
Similarly, OnlyF creator Rachel Rain shared an almost identical and now-deleted screenshot on Twitter showing a conversation with her mother. The conversation uses the same format as the viral Fawn McKay tweet, and features the mother’s sending The Shade Room article.
Similarly, this article does not actually exist on the Internet, and the tweet has been deleted.
When Rachel Rain posted a tweet in September 2020, sites such as Quora also showed users whether the story was legal.
