These rules govern the provision and conduct of gifts provided on FullSend.com and other websites or mobile applications operated by NELK USA Inc. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Full Send”, “us” or “us”). These rules form part of the complete delivery terms and conditions. Capitalized terms not defined in these rules have the meaning assigned to them in these terms. Gifts are only open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland, who must meet the age to participate in their jurisdiction and be at least 13 years old. Invalid in prohibited places. Employees of Full Send or its affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (and their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses or siblings and their respective spouses, no matter where they live) and people living in the same family, whether or not they have Kinship), are not eligible to enter or win. Gifts are subject to all applicable laws.
