In the last hours a surprising news was known in the world of the Formula 1. The pilot of Williams, George Russell, was appointed to one of the most important positions in the category. The British will be the new director of the GPDA, what is the Pilots Association of Formula 1. Russell will replace Romain grosjean, who left office after leaving Haas.
Despite the fact that there are pilots with a lot of experience in the paddock, the members of Formula 1 decided to give place to Russell, who with 23 years will occupy the position. The board of directors of this association is made up of other pilots. Next to him will be Sebastian vettel, his second in charge, and also the former pilot Alex Wurz.
