Janelle DuPree Jensen, 42, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, died on Thursday, November 18, 2021. She is surrounded by family and relatives. Janelle was born on February 15, 1979 in Provo, Utah, the eldest daughter of Billy G. DuPree Jr. and Deborah L. Mabe DuPree. She grew up and attended school in Rexburg, Idaho, and graduated from Madison High School. She continued her education at Ricks College and received an associate degree in nursing.
She later received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Boise State University. Nursing is her passion and mission in life. She worked at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg and worked as an emergency room nurse at EIRMC in Idaho Falls for 17 years. Janelle gave birth to 3 amazing sons, Brooks, Bentley and Beckham. They are her whole world, her pride and joy. She has a beloved fiance, Devin, who has loved and supported her for many years.
Her caring, loving, and giving personality make her very suitable for her mission in life; as a mother and nurse. Her patients are very important to her. She makes them feel that everything else is not important, and that they are the only patients she takes care of. Being a mother is the most important thing for her. Her children are her pride and joy. She is very proud of them and will continue to love, help and support them from the other side. Janelle is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She likes to make and make lasting memories with her family.
Her sons Brooks Jensen, Bentley Jensen and Beckam Harris and her fiance Devin Harris are all in Idahoford By the parents of Idaho Falls. Billy and Deborah DuPree in St. Louis.
George, Utah; sisters, Heather (Eric) Palmer of Sandy, Utah, Catherine Dupree of Durham, North Carolina; brother, Jared (Anna) DuPree of Whittier, North Carolina , David (Stephanie) DuPree in Athens, Georgia, Brad (Summer) DuPree in Cranston, Rhode Island, Melia DuPree in Rexburg, Idaho, and many family members and miss her very much friend. Her grandparents Margaret Chambers, Billy DuPree, Mary Mabe and Ronnie Mabe before her death.
The funeral will be held at the Sunnyside Ward Meetinghouse (3721 Shadow Mountain Trail, Idaho Falls, Idaho) at 11:00 am on November 23, 2021 (Tuesday). The family will receive friends at the Eckersell Funeral Home (101 Rigby West Avenue, Idaho) on Monday, November 22, 2021, from 6 to 7:30 pm; again, on Tuesday, from 9:30 to 10:45 am Before the church service. It will be buried in Grant Central Cemetery (154 N. 3300 E., Rigby, Idaho).
