After her recent appearance on BMF was nearly universally panned, Method Man offered Yung Miami some words of wisdom. On Wednesday (March 15), TMZ caught up with Tical in New York City and asked the Wu Tang Clan rapper what he thought of Yung Miami’s cameo on BMF’s latest episode.
Meth replies, “I haven’t seen it, but I love her.” When told that people have something to say about looks, Method Man replies, “F**k people.” People are mean. ’ He went on to call the criticism “white noise.” “I love city girls, [they] are cool,” he added.
Yung Miami appeared on the BMF episode “Treason,” which aired on March 10, and the scene went viral after people mercilessly berated the South Florida rapper for his acting in the role of Big Meech open. In response, Miami confidently responded to naysayers.
“The more they hate, the more opportunities. For me this is just the beginning,” she tweeted.
She also responded to people recreating the scene on social media. Method Man has successfully transitioned from rap to performance and is one of the most sought after rhymers in the business with credits for How High, Soul Plane, Scary Movie 3, Red Tails, Shaft, Keanu, Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, here you go too much. He currently plays the role of Davis McLean in Power: Book II: Ghost.
