Video evidence of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) vice-president Mariam Nawaz may soon be released showing her surreptitiously handing over a mobile phone to NAB for safekeeping.
ARY News has presented the content of video evidence against PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz, which shows her secretly placing a mobile phone in the custody of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
The video shows Maryam Nawaz, who is under NAB custody, in a large room, wearing a white dress and colourful dupatta. Four to six uniformed police officers entered the room, and their officers ordered them to search the room.
Seeing the police arrive, Mariam hid her phone in a pillow and sat on it. The policewoman found nothing in the room.
During the search, politicians repeatedly scolded the police, and the search team was constantly told by the machine that there was a mobile phone in the room. After another search, the police found a mobile phone hidden in the pillow.
The video shows Maryam Nawaz having a mobile phone in the custody of NAB. She was given adequate facilities, such as a bed, and no food was provided on the floor.
The video shows that none of the male officers entered her room. It turned out that Maryam Nawaz was taking advantage of the fast-check exemption because she was female and she used to carry her phone with her.
Investigations revealed that a female Punjabi police officer was also involved in handing over the phone to Maryam. New footage will expose false statements by PML-N VP.
