My Hero Academia 307 shows that the era of heroes has finally collapsed

Chapter 307 of My Hero Academia showed more of the apocalyptic scenario that the story meets with the heroes being questioned by the entire population and their era coming to an end.

Before we continue, it is worth remembering that we will have spoilers from the latest chapters of the My Hero Academia manga. So in case you haven’t seen it yet, it’s good to take a look before you continue with the text.

The end of the era of heroes in My Hero Academia 307

A few months have passed since the last devastating encounter with All For One and Deku’s departure from choice in Chapter 306, enough for Yo and Tatami to now be third-year students at Ketsubutsu Academy.

The fact that third-year students are patrolling dangerous areas means that professional heroes have few employees, leaving students and less experienced professionals to clean up their mess.

Normally, Professionals do a good job of protecting civilians and their surroundings, but the state of the city suggests that villains are becoming too much for heroes to deal with.

This is definitely a reflection of the shortcomings of the hero community because while some cities are being saved, others are struggling severely. The lack of heroes shows that there is no more unity or leadership to rekindle hope in society.

Now we have a society totally immersed in chaos and Deku is somehow trying to control the situation and save civilians, and his first big fight will be against Muscular, an old enemy.
