Now they will have a virtual chat with Lady Gaga, Glenn Close and more characters who have struggled or are struggling with their mental health. The new chapter of “The Me You Can’t See: A Path Forward” will be available from Friday on the streaming platform. Apple TV +.

The series features a mix of stories from celebrities and ordinary people and their struggles and achievements in terms of mental health. And this is what Lady Gaga reveals, one of the guests, in the series. In one episode, the artist revealed the trauma of a rape that she said made her pregnant at 19. He also talks about what his path has been to regain his mental health, giving practical and simple advice that anyone can follow.
Prince Harry said he shared his mental problems so he could help others
Harry spoke on the show about his own problems with anxiety. He also showed what techniques he has followed to deal with his mental problems.
The Duke of Susex told The Associated Press that he felt compelled to speak out about his problems in hopes of helping other people. “I see it as a responsibility. It’s not difficult for me to open up, ”Harry told the AP last week. “TOl seeing the impact and the positive reaction it has for so many people who also suffer, I think it is a responsibility ”.
Other participants in the series include NBA players DeMar DeRozan and Langston Galloway, boxer Virginia “Ginny” Fuchs and chef Rashad Armstead.
