Now, the developer will work in coordination with Netflix to bring to the screens the universe of League of Legends in an animated series. And of course the community has gone completely mad.
After what Netflix, Riot Games and LoL will publish the first trailer everything has become a real madness. Fans of the popular video game have collapsed social networks to tell what they think about “Arcane.” And although a date has not been specified, it is known that this year 2021 is when the animated series will be launched, which will of course bring great joys.
In this sense, it is necessary to note that little is known about the plot, but it will be located in the city of Piltover and in the underworld of Zaun. For this reason, during the trailer you can see characters like Jinx or Vi and waiting for Ekko, Singed, Twitch or Dr. Mundo to appear. Meanwhile, the original animation director for Netflix, Dominique Bazay, spoke about this new challenge. “League of Legends has inspired a fan phenomenon and has a fervent followers around the world, so we are excited to be the home of the first series based on this universe, Arcane. It will be a visual spectacle full of emotions, which will have the audience on the edge of the seat ”.
For her part, Shauna Spenley, global president of entertainment at Riot Games, assured that this new series is for gamers with all her love. “Arcane was conceived as a love letter to our players and fans, who asked us for more cinematic experiences focused on the worlds and champions of League of Legends”.
