Sergeant Maegen Hall, 26, allegedly performed oral sex on a detective in the police gym – before the pair returned to their desks to get back to work.
A police officer has been fired for allegedly having sex with a male colleague on duty. Maegen Hall, 26, allegedly performed oral sex on two officers at a police station, sent pornographic photos and stripped her top at a Girls Gone Wild hot tub party. Hall reportedly bragged about the size of his partner’s genitals and described himself as “in an open marriage.”
The scandal led to her dismissal from the La Vergne, Tennessee, Police Department.
Sgt. Lewis Powell, Sgt. Juan Lugo, Sgt. Ty McGowan and Detective Seneca Shields were also fired.
Shields told officers that Hall performed oral sex on him while they were on duty at the police gym — before returning to their desks to continue their day. Two other officers who allegedly had a tryst with Hall – Patrick Magliocco and Larry Holladay – kept their jobs but were suspended.
David Carrick has pleaded guilty to 49 offences, including 24 of rape, after he sexually assaulted more than a dozen women over 18 years. The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to four counts of rape, false imprisonment and indecent assault.
The investigation was launched after La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole filed a report.
The mayor called the police department’s human resources department and, citing unnamed sources, revealed details of the officers’ charges.
Mayor Cole initially received word that Hall had had sex with several co-workers.
He told investigators that Hall told him about Powell’s “big” penis and claimed she had sex with him while the couple was at work, according to an internal report dated Dec. 28.
Magliocco also said he saw Hall and Holladay kissing while watching a football game at a party and said Hall kissed his wife, the document said.
