“It was clear that Hibs quickly became much more than just Ron’s business venture – his palpable pride in being his manager and his relentless dedication to the club were the clearest evidence of how much he enjoyed being involved. “In just a few short years he has selflessly given his time and considerable talent to benefit Scottish football on a wider scale. “On a personal level, the excellent work he has done in driving the SPFL’s strategic review has been very rewarding.”
