Jacqueline Zeeman dead and obituary, PharmD, is a clinical assistant professor

Jackie Zeeman, PharmD, is a clinical assistant professor in the Division of Practice Support and Clinical Education (PACE) and associate director of the Office of Organizational Effectiveness, Planning and Evaluation (OE) at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She has a BS in Chemistry from Wake Forest University and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. After earning his Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Zeeman completed residency training as a pharmacist at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center (UTHSC) School of Pharmacy. She then completed a two-year postdoctoral student learning assessment and educational fellowship at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.

Zeeman is a member of numerous professional pharmacy organizations and actively contributes to the scholarship, teaching and service missions of the school and university. Her research focuses on assessing student learning in informal learning settings, including interprofessional education and extracurricular activities. Also, Dr. Zeeman is active in the Association of American Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), serves as chair of the Institutional Research and Assessment Committee (IRAC), and has been appointed to several standing committees, including Student Affairs and Professional Affairs.
